LuckyBird Clothing Company Return Policy
All returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of order.
To request a return, please email email@example.com with photos of the merchandise you wish to return.
If a customer ordered or received the wrong merchandise, the customer shall ship the merchandise to LuckyBird after confirmation of return from company, then company will replace the incorrect merchandise as well as give credit towards the customer’s next order.
If a customer received defective merchandise, company requests additional photos of the damage or defect in initial email request for return. LuckyBird shall verify damaged/defective returns via email and in the case of an accepted return, will have the merchandise shipped back to company and replace the merchandise or give a credit toward the customer’s next order.
